  • Shipping Information

    Shipping in the will usually take about 2-9 business days.

    Return label and address will be included within the parcel.

  • Do you make Customs orders?

    We are not taking any custom orders during this time. Orders will be shipped exactly as designed.

  • Refund

    Refunds are 100% refundable only if

    • Item is damaged upon arrival

    • You have received the wrong item you have ordered

    • Item has been lost during delivery (proof the shipping company lost the item)

  • Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?

    Of course! However, you will need to change this information before you complete the application. While is checkout, unclick the “Shipping to same address”. Once unclicked, fill out the separate shipping information. If this is a business address, always make sure you include the name of the company or organization in the address field as well.   • International shipping

    Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

  • Where is my order?

    Tracking number and information will be sent to your email after checkout. If you have not received the email. Please contact the email below, and the owner will contact you shortly with tracking information provided.

    Please note that we are a small business. K&D Studios works with another provider for shipping and handling. The owner will need to contact the shipping provider to see the discrepancies of the order. Therefore, update you with the situation. - Thank you for your time.
